Atlas Technologies, Inc. offers its employees fair and equitable salaries. These salaries include bonuses and profit sharing paid at least once a year.

 

Medical/Dental Insurance
Health insurance is free to all employees who may also choose to purchase additional medical and dental/vision coverage for their dependents at a nominal charge of $50.00 per pay period (every two weeks).  The following information highlights the coverage options in our plans.

Medical Savings Account Option
In lieu of a traditional medical insurance plan, we also offer a Medical Savings Account option that offers a high deductible insurance policy in conjunction with a tax-free savings account funded by Atlas Technologies, Inc.  This option is also free to employees and can be augmented to include dependents at a cost similar to our traditional medical insurance coverage.

Vision Services Plan 

Atlas Technologies, Inc. offers a Vision Services Plan to each person covered by company dental insurance.  This plan includes discounts on Laser Vision Care.

Life Insurance 
A life insurance policy equal to the annual salary shall be paid for each employee by the company.  

Short  Term Disability 
ATLAS provides a short-term disability (STD) benefit plan to eligible employees who are unable to work because of a qualifying disability due to an injury or illness.   If approved, benefits will be paid for a period of 13 weeks at a rate of 60% of the employees weekly salary to a maximum of $750.00 per week.

Long Term Disability
ATLAS provides a long-term disability (LTD) benefit plan to help eligible employees cope with an illness or injury that results in a long-term absence from employment. LTD is designed to ensure  continuing income for employees who are disabled and unable to work.  LTD begins at the end of the 90-day Short Term Disability Plan period at a rate of 66.67% of salary with a  $6,000 maximum monthly benefit.  Benefits expire at the normal Social Security retirement age.

 

 

ATLAS 401K Retirement Savings Plan 
ATLAS offers a 401K Plan to each employee starting at the beginning of the next quarter after 30 days of employment.  ATLAS matches dollar for dollar up to 5% of the employee's contributions.  The employee's contributions are 100% vested.

Bonus
ATLAS has elected to include an incentive bonus compensation policy. The purpose of this policy is to share the gains and risks of its business with all employees. It is designed to supplement the existing pre-tax Profit Sharing Plan and is paid strictly as taxable compensation. 

Profit Sharing
ATLAS offers a Profit sharing Plan to its fulltime employees.

 

 

Paid Vacation 
Earned PTO is awarded based on years of service and is accrued on a per pay period basis as follows:

Jury Duty Leave 
Up to five (5) days will be paid by the company in the event that an employee is called to jury duty.

 

Educational Assistance 
ATLAS recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization. The educational assistance program encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within ATLAS.  ATLAS will provide educational assistance to all eligible employees immediately upon assignment to an eligible employment classification.
