Internet Service Providers
Atlas Technologies, Inc. has provided technical
guidance to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with respect to their WAN
connections. This includes recommendations for Dial On Demand ISDN, Frame Relay,
Channelized T-1, Primary Rate ISDN (PRI), Remote Access and Points of Presence
(POPs). In addition to implementing these technologies, Atlas Technologies Inc.
also manages the network security aspects of the LAN links to include Access
Control Lists (ACLs).
Small Business
Most small businesses do not have a full time IT staff.
Therefore, we have provided initial planning, as well as periodic maintenance
and troubleshooting WAN circuits for many small businesses. Typically these
circuits are either Dial-On-Demand, or Frame Relay. We have also recommended
various router configurations to be compliant with the desired security posture.
Government
Atlas Technologies Inc. has been instrumental in
creating a global area network involving wireless Wide Area Network technology
for the US Navy. This network involves land-based areas as well as US Naval
ships. This network is a combination of several router technologies which uses
OSPF to propagate the dynamic routing changes of this architecture. There has
been much effort to engineer a bandwidth sensitive solution for multicast
traffic.
