Atlas Positive Impact Team

Our Atlas Positive Impact Team (A+IT) is a committee comprised of volunteers eagerly working towards bettering their communities and seeking opportunities. This team is on the front lines, leading most of our charitable efforts and contributions. We value the causes that are important to our Team Members. Our Impact program provides the tools to support our local communities and encourage our team to stay involved. Through our employee matching program, we have the opportunity to make an even more significant impact. Atlas Tech annually matches up to $200 of Team Member gifts to 501(c)(3) organizations to advance worthy causes and support nonprofits. Team Members can also earn up to 24 hours per year of Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO) in response to their volunteer efforts in the community.

Atlas Tech believes in making a difference in the communities its Team Members live in. Our company and leadership give more than $200,000 annually to advance worthy causes and support nonprofits and other organizations.

Annual Matching

Atlas Tech annually matches up to $200 of every Team Member’s contribution to 501(c)(3) organizations.

Contributions

Since its inception in 1997, Atlas Tech has contributed more than $1.3 Million to more than three dozen organizations, with volunteers serving thousands of collective hours. Atlas Tech’s dedication to service was unwavering, even during the 2020 pandemic. Atlas Tech’s impact supports organizations, including One80 Place, Feed San Diego, March of Dimes and Virginia’s Comprehensive Health Investment Project, to name a few. Our Team Members’ passion for these causes reaches even further, with many of them serving on the board of some of the organizations we support, including the Special Olympics, My Sister’s House and Park Circle Cares.

Additionally, Atlas Tech sponsors an underprivileged school within each community across all office locations.
