Creighton Bailey is a C5I Technical Advisor, Network Technician Team Lead, and Tech Fellow at Atlas Tech, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting mission‑critical U.S. Coast Guard operations. With a strong foundation in shipboard and enterprise C5I systems, he blends technical depth with operational awareness to enhance Coast Guard readiness and mission execution.
Creighton has played a key role in advancing and sustaining C5I capabilities across major afloat and shore‑based platforms, including Maritime Cutters, Polar Icebreakers, and enterprise command‑and‑control systems. He is a trusted expert in technologies such as ADNS, NMS, and virtualization and networking environments, consistently translating complex requirements into reliable, mission‑ready solutions.
He is also known for his clear communication and ability to support high‑level technical discussions with Flag and SES leadership, helping strengthen collaboration and alignment across the C5I community.
