Gary Jaffe brings a mission-first mindset and strategic acumen to his role as Chief Growth Officer at Atlas Tech. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former deployed warfighter in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Gary combines firsthand military experience with over a decade of leadership in defense contracting. His unique perspective fuels Atlas Tech’s growth strategy, ensuring every solution empowers those who serve.

Since joining Atlas Tech in 2014, Gary has led strategic planning, capture management and business development with distinction. His leadership is defined by purpose, forging partnerships and frameworks that deliver robust, mission-ready solutions. He believes deeply in people-first growth, prioritizing Team Members, warfighters and communities alike.

Gary earned both his B.S. in Business Administration and MBA from The Citadel and has served in key regional leadership roles, including President of the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (2022–2024) and board member (2019–2024). He also contributes to the Charleston Metro Chamber’s Business Advocacy and Military Advisory Committees.
Named to Charleston’s Forty Under 40 in 2020, Gary continues to champion values-driven innovation and impact. His leadership propels Atlas Tech forward, expanding its reach while staying rooted in service, resilience and mission success.
