As Chief Information Officer, John oversees Atlas Tech’s physical and network infrastructure, guiding enterprise-wide technology initiatives that ensure system resilience, threat management and compliance with Department of Defense requirements. His leadership blends deep technical expertise with a strategic vision for scalable, secure and future-ready solutions.

John’s journey includes opening Atlas Tech’s first Virginia office in Chesapeake, expanding operations to San Diego, serving as the company’s first Business Development Manager and leading infrastructure as Director. His experience spans facility management, cybersecurity and enterprise IT, making him a trusted steward of Atlas Tech’s digital backbone.

A U.S. Navy veteran and former electronics technician, John brings firsthand insight into the evolving threats and opportunities facing defense technology.
