Kyle Dillon
VP of Innovation
Kyle Dillon serves as Vice President of Innovation at Atlas Tech, where he leads technology strategy, internal research and development, and capability maturation efforts that transform emerging technologies into mission‑ready solutions. He brings more than 18 years of defense‑industry experience focused on advancing open‑architecture systems, accelerating modernization, and delivering measurable operational impact across national security programs.
Before joining Atlas Tech, Kyle served as Chief Engineer for Electronic Warfare Systems at BlueHalo (formerly AV), where he led the development and productization of CMOSS‑ and SOSA‑aligned hardware and software solutions from concept through deployment. His work advanced MOSA adoption, streamlined delivery timelines, and established long‑term technology roadmaps aligned with customer priorities. Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering roles at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, supporting multiple Marine Corps and Navy Programs of Record.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Citadel and an M.S. in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He also completed executive education at the Wharton School, focusing on strategy and competitive advantage.
