Richard serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Atlas Tech, bringing extensive executive‑level experience in operations and HR leadership. He joined the company in 2019 and has since played a key role in strengthening organizational processes, supporting Team Member development, and advancing a people‑centered culture aligned with Atlas Tech’s mission.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel. He also maintains multiple professional credentials, including Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM‑SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS).

Deeply committed to service, Richard has long been involved in community leadership, including many years supporting his children’s Boy Scout troop. Today, he continues that spirit of giving back as part of Atlas Tech’s Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the company’s positive impact initiatives and commitment to supporting its Team Members, customers, and community.
